Tired, dark and dismal rooms

Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel …..

The property is a run down. The apartment is decorated all in brown and hence dark. We did not realize that we would need to make our own beds and clean the apartment upon leaving. That took over three hours and included dropping all bedsheets and towels in the basement. Cleaning left to renters means that the apartment is only not very clean. There was very little storage in our apartment. Positives - the kitchen was equipped, and the appartment was spacious though with limited storage. The pools are small but nice and the gym functional. No changing rooms though means one must walk back to the apartment in wet clothing... Location is great,.5min walk from the bakery, and less than 10min from supermarket and restaurants. Staff at reception were friendly. Parking available for small weekly fee.

For 250 euros a night this isn't good value for money, the apartments are run down with old and sometimes broken furniture. On the plus side they are spacious, but you are expected to make your own beds and strip them all after your stay as well as clean the apartment and this wasn't clear in the booking. For 250 euros a night, I would have expected a higher standard of accommodation and service. There is also no reception staff available on Sundays which makes check out challenging with bedding to return and a lack of instructions or help with issues. People were friendly and helpful when available, but I think the lack of services and self-preparation should be made clearer on the booking.

Op zich een redelijk apartement, balkon was klein, net als de douche-ruimte. Douche zelf was wel lekker. Fijne broodservice in de ochtend. laten schoonmaken is duur en aansluiten op betaalde wifi was voor ons niet mogelijk, we kregen het niet voor elkaar. In de foyer was gelukkig wel goede en gratis wifi. Parkeergarage (wel betaald) onder het gebouw: er fijn.

Le gros avantages de cet hébérgement est sa proximité avec les pistes. Le point à revoir d'urgence: l'hygiène et la proprété! Le nettoyage n'a clairement pas été fait avant notre arrivé (à part un ménage de fin de séjour ridicule par les voyageurs avant). Ca sentait mauvais, il restait des serviettes sales dans les placards. Apparemment, il y avait un problème avec l'équipe de ménage. C'est ce qu'on nous a dit à la fin de notre séjour ... Très limite tout cela. Le chalet était peu pratique, très sombre et étroit avec de vieux équipement et sans le moindre charme. Très cher pour ce que c'est et tout "extre" est payant - le wifi (qui était cassé toute la semaine et la 4G peine à passer partout), le parking, le ménage... nous n'y retourneront certainement pas.

Mooie lokatie, maar viel allemaal wat tegen

Wij vonden de woonkamer erg klein en donker. Alles een beetje in een kleine ruimte gepropt. Kwam absoluut niet overeen met de wide angle foto's. Hebben wel een andere kamer aangeboden die iets lichter en een wat efficientere indeling had. Echter weer een mini keuken waar je je kont niet kon keren. Wij vinden dat de foto's misleidend zijn. Verder wel een fijne plek en een lekker ruim balkon. Alles was wel erg idiot proof en miste wat sfeer. De sauna was 1x gratis en daarna moest je betalen. Beetje flauw. Wat vermeld had moeten worden is dat aan overkant gebouwd wordt en dat er daarvan veel lawaai is. Al met al viel dit verblijf ons tegen. Ook miste een vaatwas tablet en keukendoekje, koffie filter voor eerste dag. Erg mager allemaal.

L'établissement en lui même est correct. Sans plus. Manque un peu de chaleur et de design pour le prix. Appartement correct mais canapé lit explosé. Mon appartement avait 2 chambres minuscules. Difficile de circuler dans 9m2 avec un lit qui prend 95% de la place. Bien situé pas très loin du centre. Piscine interieur avec eau très très fraiche. Impossible de me baigner. Nice location, easy 5 minute walk to slopes and restaurants. The room was completely fine for what we needed. A few points, reception is rarely open, and when it is the staff are not always there. WiFi is not free. You can use the steam/sauna room for 30 minutes and only if you book - back to the first point of being able to liaise with staff. There are no amenities in room - 1 bin bag, 1 toilet roll, no washing up material which means you have to buy everything in an alps town where it’s already expensive. You also have to make your own beds unless you pay. We didn’t pay over the odds so it was fine for the price but basic at best

Résidence jolie et moderne, bien choisir la vue

Résidence jolie, bien située, appartement propre, bien équipé et confortable. Appt de 6 pour notre famille de 4 donc spacieux. Piscine exterieure chauffée mais un peu petit pour toute la résidence; souvent bcp de monde. Un bémol: nous étions en rez de chausée avec les voisins en face et vue sur l'autre batiment à 4 mètres. Donc sombte sans pouvoir voir le soleil (des souris nous ont rendu visite sur la terrasse).

MERCI CORONA

Malheureusement notre séjour a été de très courte durée a cause du coronavirus. Nous sommes arrivés samedi matin et nous avons étés sommés de rentrer chez nous lundi matin après l'arrivé de la gendarmerie. Donc un aller retour, soit 1400 kms pour juste voir la neige, sans pouvoir accéder au pistes de ski car le domaine a été complètement fermé samedi a minuit. Les forfaits en mains qui nous l'espérons, nous seront remboursés. Quand a la résidence, nous y venons depuis l'ouverture en 2012 et tout c'est toujours très bien passé. Nous y avons toujours trouvé du personnel très compètent et très sympa. Malheureusement pour ce séjour, la salle de sport, le sauna et la piscine, étaient tous fermés. Nous espérons un remboursement total de notre hébergement.

Aurait pu être mieux mais très bon séjour

Nous sommes arrives la même semaine que les gitans (environ 100 personnes) alors que nous partions hors saison pour éviter la cohue. Nous avons attendu 30 min avant d'avoir les clés et 1:30 au départ pour la remise des clés. Ils ont était très bruyant durant toute la semaine. Hormis cela, la réception était à l'écoute et compréhensive et l'appartement fidèle aux photos.

Good location, nice pool and spa. Have stayed before and will probably stay again but the room was dirty when we arrived. Came with another family as we did last year and requested rooms close together through several e-mails, reply when we arrived was we didn’t get the communication, our rooms couldn’t have been further apart, which isn’t ideal with young families.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a 4 person apartment which turned out to be perfect for two of us! I think it would be crowded with 4 people though - and I would not like to book a studio again if it is smaller. On a more negative note, the apartment lacks some of the basics such as washing up items, cleaning products, bin bags (they provide one), toilet roll (they provide one) etc. and so you have to buy them. I'm sure they could reuse some of the these products from previous guests or supply them to reduce the impact on the environment. During our stay, it was disappointing that the sauna broke down and no one thought to tell us before we turned up for our booked slot in our swimwear - it would have been easy for them to slip a notice under our door to avoid the awkwardness. We found the floors and walls to be rather thin and we were kept up and woken early by the residents above us. Bottom line: - Bring your own cleaning products and daily essentials as they are expensive in the resort. - The 4 bed apartments are nice and comfortable for 2 people - Wi-Fi is expensive but there is 4G - Don't expect the best customer service

No oven so limited cooking possible. Apartment reasonable size but 6 people sharing one toilet is not ideal - would be better to have 2 and maybe reduce number of shower rooms.
