Great location and able to ski to slopes with young children. Ski hire and shops within complex. Lockers on same floor making it a lot easier to get ready in the morning. Apartment had everything we needed for the week. Will return.

On premises and in the hotel you will find a lot of promo on silent hours but every second night in the hotel close to Tikal club was open till some 3 a.m. and drunk guys were shouting till some 4 a.m. right in front of your room windows. Do not understand anything here - promo vs. what's happening in the street. Interesting - that hotel close to Tikal belongs to same network as Tikal. Crazy guys. WIFI is total disaster. And it is not about slow WIFI. Problem is that we were using max 3 devices and doesn't matter what you are doing with internet your's assigned IP's disappears constantly randomly irrespective of device type and activity. Parking is ouside building and no connection with the hotel. Strange management of ski lockers - exit to slopes on 6th floor, assigned ski lockers on second floor and you room on fifth floor - disaster for family with small children. At the very end - price to big for the value. Want to see the face of the guy(s) who decided on this type of service management.

Vi havde en dejlig lejlighed med 2 altaner - på 6.sal og samtidig lige på pisten. Alt var lige noget for os, og vi kommer gerne igen.

The hotel was nice, having to make your own beds on arrival was a little strange and being told you must remove all trash, leave kitchen spotless and strip bedding before checking out was odd too. The location was great and ski in ski out level 6 accommodation was perfect.

The hotel was in a good location and the room could had been a bit cleaner, there was a lot of long hairs on the floor. Also the wifi wasn't that great and they charged you if you didn't have it included in the room which was also massively rate limited!

Residence bien placée mais déçus pour un Pierre et vacances. Notamment les meubles sont en très triste état, avec de multiples tâches. Cela donne une impression de saleté générale. Dommage!Un rafraîchissement s'impose de toute urgence...heureusement que cela ne concernait pas la literie. Wi fi payant
