Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Staff friendly. Room a bit small and could do with some refurbishment but main shared areas nice. Would stay here again.

great hotel if you’re staying with young children family entertainment every night buffet meals good choices 2min walk to ctr town and sku lifts , bar and function room lots of kids till about 10 pm , there is an area by reception you can escape to from the kids with pool tables and seating area ( free wine with evening meal )

Ce qui m’a plu : la restauration , le personnel , la propreté , l’emplacement . Par contre , je pense qu’un petit rafraîchissement des chambres serait nécessaire Même si je n’étais pas concerné , je pense que l’établissement est très bien pour les familles .

Les chambres sont vétustes et méritent un rafraîchissement urgent, la sale de bain aussi, absence de shampooing et savon douche (impensable pour un hôtel ou hôtel club). Club soit disant Ski au pieds mais c'est juste vrai pour le retour, au départ il faut monter une pente et ramer 200m jusqu'au remontées mécaniques. Par contre le buffet est de qualité (bravo au Chef et à Jo qui est super sympa et accueillant).

Ski vacation

We stayed here half board *breakfast and dinner) for 4 nights. The room was alright but you can't control the radiator from inside the room. You have to ask the front desk to change the thermostat setting for you. It was easier to just open the window sonce we liked it on the cool side. No housekeeping but there is a vacuum cleaner just down the hall that you can use. You can also ask for fresh towels. Best to bring your own shampoo and soap since the one on the room are small bar soaps. The best part of the stay was the dinner buffet. There were plenty of varieties to choose from and they were surprisingly good even with the large quantity that they have to produce. A lot of french families with young children and that can be bothersome.

Bilan moyen avec points positifs et négatifs

L’hôtel a des points positifs et négatifs. Il est bien placé, la chambre est normale, le buffet est un peu répétitif mais on y trouve son bonheur, il n’y a pas de passage de femmes de ménage donc les poubelles et les serviettes trop trop sales sont laissées à l’abandon dans la chambre et il faut aller demander pour avoir savon et papier toilette … bon pas fou pour le prix, les consignes de ski sont sur les pistes mais il y a ce petit passage énervant où il faut déchausser pour 3 mètres avant d’arriver sur la place centrale. Le staff est plus ou moins sympa, cela dépend des personnes, certains « sous l’eau » répondent à moitié aux questions parce qu’ils « ont autre chose à faire », oui enfin je suis client comme les autres et j’ai fait la queue comme les autres… Bilan général moyen, je recommande si tout ce qui est dit précédemment ne vous dérange pas

Rotten frames with single glazed windows that were icey on the inside. No heating the first night in temperatures of -9 degrees. Went to reception multiple times to ask for a plug in heater and extra bedding as the whole hotel was cold and the temperatures outside were freezing. It took at least 12 visits to reception, multiple messages to the hotel and Expedia to intervene before we eventually received extra bedding four days later. If there had been availability at another hotel for the duration of our 8 night stay then we would have checked out and move, but unfortunately there wasn’t and due to heavy snow our car wasn’t safe to drive as we saw multiple vechicles stuck when trying to move in the hotel carpark. Food served in the restaurant was nice but the plates were cold. They were stacked in plate warmers that were not turned on. This property is listed as 3 star on Expedia but not on their own website and it isn't 3 star. There is no room service or daily housekeeping which it also states on Expedia. Heating is centrally controlled with small radiators in the rooms that are blocked by furniture. There is no radiator in the bathroom to dry towels or ski clothing. I feel extremely let down by the customer service within the hotel and also with Expedia for falsely advertising the facilitates at this hotels which doesn’t look as if the rooms have been touched in decades. The walls, skirting and flooring are all very marked and look unclean.

Såväl rum som hotellet i övrigt var rent. Hotellet är c:a 40 år och rummen kan behöva fräschas upp, men jag blev nöjd. Tyckt om allmänutrymmena med med ssoff-/sittgrupper och gott om utrymme. Mötte enbart trevlig tillmötesgående personal.

Great food , bad rooms .

Ok , I have not rated this hotel well because the rooms are not what you would expect , way to small and shabby , the shower room is unbelievably bad quality, too small and stained from leaks / damp . However, we had full board and the food was very good , as much as you can eat , great selection and very tasty all with as much wine as you could drink . Our daughter really enjoyed all the entertainment, we were part of a large group all with kids and we all enjoyed our stay once we had forgotten about how bad the rooms are . The hotel is a short walk from the lifts and you can almost ski back to it . The ski locker was too small for us , we complained and they gave us a second locker . The check in experience was bad , we drove to the resort arrived tired and were told our rooms were not ready at 5 pm which we thought was the check in time . We had to wait over an hour before we were given a room . This needs to improve as most people had small kids , all waiting in the lobby , resembled an airport . To round up , good for kids , great food , close to the lifts but very disappointing rooms .

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage hier verbracht. Das Essen war abwechselungsreich und sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein ohne Sitzgelegenheit (außer auf den Betten) aber akzeptabel. Die Nasszelle ist renovierungsbedürftig (Stockflecken in der Dusche).

Mauvais accueil, c'est l'usine, pour déposer les bagages quand la chambre n'est pas encore prête c'est deux pieçes qui ne ferme pas à clé et tout le monde y a accès non surveiller. Odeur de parfum très forte dans la chambre quand je suis arrivé . Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner avant 7h30 même si départ avant. Très déçu , première venu dans cette chaîne d'hôtel et c'est la dernière! Cher pour ce que c'est

Location was ok.

Paid for the hotel via Expedia but were charged again by the hotel on arrival. After checking bank account I was able to prove I had paid already - staff were unable to process a refund until the following evening as the manager was not at work. Staff seemed anoyed that we required a refund! No apology. Room was small and not cleaned once. Constant noise from the elevator and running children. Bed was extremely uncomfortable gave me a bad back.

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar im Skigebiet in zentraler Lage also direkt aus dem Ski Raum auf die Pisten. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren wie immer sehr zufrieden. Den Tischwein gibt es am Abend gratis. Das Ski Gebiet ist einfach grandios

hôtel très bien situé

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très agréable disponible. Nous étions en 1/2 pension, les buffets sont très variés et excellents. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances super à refaire sans hésitation.

Small, tired rooms, lots of kids (everywhere!), good location!

The hotel is not the pretiest building, the public areas are nice and have been invested in. The rooms however are small and tired. The room had 3 beds (even though we only wanted a twin) and no floorspace!. The restuarant was ok, buffet style, but nothing special. The main feature of each mealtime was the number of children roaming unsupervised around the restaurant. The bar staff ranged from very nice to particularly stroppy. Stopped going there in the end! The hotel does have ski equipement for hire (although this looked old). We used another shop. The ski room is well equiped. Les menuires is a great ski location, not that nice to look at, but great options for skiing across the 3 valleys. The holiday was fine, although I certainly would not want to pay full price for this accomodation. If you can put up with the small rooms and the children, then it is worth considering.
