Hotel Dekat Lermond Pond

"Room 202 looked to be an after thought and made into a room. No sink in the bathroom so had to go to the sink by the fridge to wash hands. For some reason the room was very hot. It was 75 degrees when we entered and we turned off the heat on the wall, put on the AC, and even with that it only got down to 72 by the next morning. Switch entering the room didn't turn on any light that we could find. Pool and breakfast were very good. Staff was friendly. Nice to have EV chargers at the hotel at a...

"Would definitely stay again"

"Close to everything we needed"

"It was not far from the church in Warren, where we were attending a conference. Having breakfast at the hotel each morning made is so much easier to participate in the meetings at the church. Also, close to a restaurant many of us also ate at."

"There was not any vending machines and when your spouse is a diabetic and needs a sugar drink in the middle of the night that isn’t good. Our car unfortunately due no parking was down the street. Parking was horrible and the breakfast was terrible. Bacon under cooked and eggs watery. The room was gorgeous and the location to downtown was perfect."

"The Spouter Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking the ocean. The rooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The breakfast and daily cookies are superb. It was a pleasure for us to stay in such an idyllic setting, with such a friendly staff and excellent amenities. We highly recommend it!"

These additional charges significantly increased our expenses and left us feeling that we had not received the value we expected. As newly retired travelers, we plan our trips carefully and work hard to stay within our budget. Unexpected fees...

"Very run down. Carpet was visiably dirty in the hallways. The shower had dirty shampoo spots from previous guest. Room flooring was heavy scratched by past guests."

"Very nice property, very friendly staff. We thought the restaurant was outstanding."
