"Our stay was nice at the Hard Rock Hotel. Friendly staff, great service, nice rooms. Ambience could be improved by having the music videos that they include in the Hard Rock restaurants. The Hard Rock store was a little weak as well with not much variety in the merchandise. "

El personal del bar no es muy amable, sobre todo el gerente que tiene ya algunos años trabajando ahí y no cambia su actitud. El equipo de meseros más atento."

"Chambre grande mais le ménage a ete oublié une fois, et souvent vite fait. Le personnel est aidant mais pas forcément très agréable. Le bar est très cher. Attention des frais de destination de 35 dollars par buit sont appliqués, mais on peut les utilisé au bar et au starbucks de l'hôtel et ils seront déduis. "

"This was our visit to New York and this hotel was the perfect location for Times Square. The amazing shower after a long day was the highlight. "

"Breakfast was all store bought nothing was fresh at all maybe except the omelet which they don’t make daily. Nice staff and fast communication through phone messages. The hotel does get busy so taking the elevator would take up to 15 minutes. Rooms were sort of clean and cleaning service didn’t do much other than change sheets and take trash out. "

"I travel to the city several times a year for personal and business reasons. This was my first time ever at the M Social. I had no hot water on my second morning there. I called, and they said they would send someone right up. They never showed so I just showered so I could get to my meeting. I assumed it was all fixed later that day, but apparently not as there was no hot water again the next morning. I had to call again and was told at that point that there was a valve issue. "Checking in was quick and staff at the front desk were helpful, although they couldn't tell us what the included continental breakfast included. After check in I had to walk up 17 flights o stairs to my floor because the elevator wasn't working. Stood in the lobby (that was under construction) for an unexaggerated 15 minutes waiting for the elevator. The room itself was extremely clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. "Absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to NYC, convenient to subway also located an easy walk to Battery Park and Wall St. many places to eat and shop. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were great. Only minor complaint was waiting for the elevator."
