"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "This hotel looked like a jail. The rooms were disgusting and filthy. The room had a dirty shirt outside our door. The bed was dirty, had cigarette holes on the comforter. The entire room stunk of weed. Every surface was dirty & sticky. We could not even sleep there and they refused to refund us. It was horrible. Please do not stay there unless it’s an emergency and you have no other choice."

"Industrialist is a boutique hotel that is well located in Brooklyn, near the Union St Subway station. Travelers should know that rooms are small, yet practical. I thought for the price, it was a good deal. The coffee shop across the street is very good, and within a mile radius you have restaurant options. As with all NYC hotels, walls are thin."

"This was our third time staying at this location. The first two stays were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. During the third stay after checking in, our room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The pillows had hair on them underneath the pillow cases, and there was hair on the toilet seat and around the interior of the bowl. To my understanding the property interior is smoke free. The front desk also said they are smoke free and that there should not be any smoke...

"The property was nice and well kept. It had a lot of amenities onsite, such was convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfy for the most part. The pillows though, flattest pillow I’ve never experienced. You had to fold them like 3x. It was wild. We even asked for extras, and they were the same. Made for uncomfortable sleep, unfortunately. Replace the pillows and we’d be back for sure!"

"It was better than sleeping in the airport when my flights were cancelled. Some roach spray would be useful (better than having to crush them with my shoes), and the non-smoking room was smelly."
