"DONT STAY HERE, during the stay the bed had bed bugs, I had beg bug bits on my arm and my partner had it on her leg, the bites were in a curved shape and we even had pictures of it, she even had to throw out all her clothes that was in the luggage, staff agreed to refund us but after we left they changed their words and said they only agreed to partial refund. absolutely crazy."

"The hotel remains under renovation, and there were some technical difficulties that caused someone to cancel their reservation altogether. The keys did not work but staff said it should be fine now. However, I do not blame the staff, since they just work there and we’re all human. The room was mostly clean, my bed was comfortable and my stay was fine otherwise. I look forward to coming back when the hotel is fully renovated."

She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. On first arriving in room 313 we couldn't even open our door all the way bc it collided with a closet/cabinet placed immediately behind it. The two beds were fine, no pillowcases. Outlets were very loose and several did not work to plug devices into. The toilet was cramped with little space to move and folding doors that didn't completely close.
