"The windows didn’t lock, there was a weird noise all night and the AC did not cool. I could hear the street noise just like the windows were open. The room was clean, but also no coffee pot in room."

"It is new facility, open 4 months ago. All clean and well organized. Only thing to remember is there is no daily cleaning or change of towel or bed sheets by staff. You have to pay additional fees for cleaning services. It is all DIY. If you are planning for short stay or doesn't require cleaning services, this hotel is excellent."

"Parking was good, the hotel looked updated but some items looked half done. The beds were low but I didn't have any issues falling asleep on them. The pool color did not look right. Wasn't planning on swimming in it but just noticed the color."

"The bed was as hard as a rock and lumpy. My niece slept on the floor because it was at least not lumpy. "

"The room smells. Idk from what but I asked them for cleaning supplies so I can disinfect, even those really stink. Should use Clorox or Lysol. Staff are nice and helpful but the rooms need a LOOOT of improvement- greatly odor wise."

"It was OK, Hotel shows signs of aging, not what we would typically see at a Marriot. Front desk staff did not stay at the desk - we arrived around 4 PM -- so we had short waits when we needed assistance, not horrible but desk should be monitored at all times. Our first room was not cleaned yet, had to return to lobby, wait for a desk clerk, and request a different room. AC worked fine. Bed was OK. Shower was OK but drained very slowly."

"If you need a hotel close to the airport, this is it. It’s a ‘get the job done’ kinda place that is clean and the service staff were the kindest. We felt like we were at a 5star Luxery resort with the level of service. Thank you to our shuttle driver and the front desk clerk, you really care about the hotel and it shows."
