"This was my first bed-and-breakfast experience, and it went very well! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and private. The breakfast offered in the morning was very delicious and plentiful! It is a fixed menu, but of course you can know if you have allergen or dietary restrictions and it can be adjusted. "The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. "
