Hotel murah di Lembah San Fernando

"Todo bien"

"Great"

"The people who wrote reviews saying this Hotel was clean lied, either their standard of clean is low or they just do not care. My room was dirty with pubic hairs in the bathroom, hair on the walls in the shower, hair all in the bed sheets, and dirty walls. When you come into the hotel the chairs in the lobby are dirty and also the eating area had caked up food on the chairs and hair. I will not recommend if cleanliness is a priority. The manager was supposed to call me and I still have not heard...

"Horrible check-in experience. Only 1 person dealing with an issue with a traveler for over 20 minutes before someone else showed up to help. This was at 5:00 PM rush hour to check in. There was as a line of over 15 people waiting to get checked in. Then at 2 AM shouting and screaming on the floor I was on."

"Nice rooms though some vending machines/ice dispensers out of order."

"This was a very nice stay especially for the price. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was pretty good! Even though the hotel is older it was very well maintained. I did not see 1 bug. I read a lot of reviews complaining about noise and the neighborhood. I did not at all feel unsafe or uncomfortable here. I also had no complaints about the noise. Our overall stay was 5/5."

"Todo excelente solo un poco lejos de todo"

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"Meh"

"The staff were very attentive and helpful here! Basic room but suited all needs. Laundry facilities easy to use! Great walking distance to lots of food and shopping options"

"Very spacious and clean we loved it."

"The room was clean and welcoming… Front staff and housekeeping were friendly and welcoming."
