"We love everything about this hotel and always look forward to staying here when we are in Ottawa. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are so clean and the beds are really comfortable, with lots of different-sized pillows to choose from. The pool and hot tub are clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! "

"The shower had a problem regulating the temperature, but it was a perfect stay other than that. I wonder if it is possible to have a few more electric chargers for electric cars? The parking was full the evening I arrived and then, the next day, the chargers were all full. This complicated my return to Montreal significantly, as Ottawa does not have a great supply of EV chargers."

"As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "
