"The hotel was very clean, both in my room and in the halls and lobby. They have done a great job of modernizing the space and still maintaining the charm. The staff was helpful and easy to deal with. The only complaint I have is the continental breakfast had no meat products. Would have loved a sauasage or some bacon with breakfast, but in the world of complaints that is a pretty minor one. Would happily stay here again."

"Our room was very clean and the bed was excellent! We stayed here a week ago and booked it for last night because we were so pleased the first time. It is a short taxi ride to the airport. The breakfast was nice, hot scrambled eggs and sausage plus other options if desired. Coffee is excellent. Definitely will return when we are back in Kelowna. "
