"Lovely hotel located near the town and beach. We were allowed to check in early, which was a great help. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and and we loved the use of the pool. "The hotel was very convenient for my purposes, as I used Rimini as a base to explore the surrounding areas, including San Marino and Ravenna. It is less than a five-minute walk from the train station and about a 10-minute walk from the city center, where you can find local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I am not giving the hotel five stars is the poor service from the receptionist who checked me in. He was neither friendly nor helpful and even told me that all seafood restaurants in Rimini were closed on Mondays, which was simply not true! The other receptionists I encountered were not particularly friendly either. Overall, the hotel is well located and comfortable, but the customer service could be significantly improved."

"The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. There was an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom and no hot water when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk and no action was taken other than they would have house keeping do their usual tidy. The hotel is in a very convenient location that is walking distance from all the sites and old town shops etc."
