"The staff are fabulous! The room was comfortable and clean; an oddity is that the door from the room into the bathroom is see through so if you have a guest it is not private. The pool looked clean but is only 3' deep, the ladders looked a bit loose; I did not venture into the pool. The property itself seems very safe--a security guard at the gate to enter the walled property, a front desk staff, then you need your key card to even get into the hallway where rooms can be accessed. "The staff was amazing and accommodating they made sure that I was ok. The restaurant at the hotel however was out of alot of ingredients and made me wait some times. But I would stay at hotel again we forgot something and they contacted us immediately "
