"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "Efficient check in and check out. Nice, clean room. Large lounge/bar area. Nice breakfast offerings. Shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes is very convenient."

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day as I ventured around Dublin and coming back to fresh towels and sheets was great! The hotel bar staff were friendly as well and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Dublin"

"The staff wasn't helpful. Our 3p check out time was delayed an hour because the room wasn't ready. The lady manager refused to reimburse us for the time lost and never even apologized. The room was tiny and they put a king size mattress on top of a queen making me slide to the edge of the bed. The room was much smaller than portrayed on their website. We decided to leave a night earlier because of the examples mentioned above. Stay away from this hotel. A rip off."
