"Brilliant experience at the double tree in Dartford, staff were pleasant, hotel is in great condition and was super comfortable, I would definitely book to go again. The afternoon tea was lovely, my family enjoyed and the bar staff serving were very attentive to our needs. The in house restaurant was such pleasure to be in."

"What made our eight day stay so good was the entire staff ,they were excellent, the front office were exceptional as was the restaurant staff and bar staff .Nothing was too much trouble , they went above and beyond every day. To make our visit memorable. The only criticism was the shower , although modern and large the shower floor was very ,very slippery."

"Lovely hotel, not huge so personal feel. Absolutely spotless. Staff friendly and lovely pool. Very relaxing break. Worth noting there is no lift so had to use stairs. Not an issue for us but worth knowing if you do struggle with stairs so you can ask for an accessible room. Will stay there again."
