"Very clean and simple hotel. It has everything you need for a great hotel. I really enjoyed the area being a bit away from downtown Portland, making it accessible and affordable. I haven't ever been to a hotel where the staff doesn't change sheets or tidy up the room while you are away. Not the biggest deal since it is easy to request new sheets or blankets. It was just unexpected."

"So this place has a lot going for it as far location and overall cozy coastal feel. Our room, however (#13) was located immediately next to the lobby with an adjoining wall to their restaurant's kitchen. It was not quiet at all. When I mentioned it to the girl at the desk, she was not surprised and and didn't seem to care. We stayed 3 nights and never got more than a few hrs of sleep at a time. "The room wasn’t clean! Someone prior had dropped tablets and they had been left near the bed. My husband went for a snack and all the chips were out of date by. A few weeks / over a month! Breakfast was powdered eggs and plastic cutlery. Just felt very dirty!
