"MOD was amazing and found us distilled water. Pull out sofa sleeper in the king suite was unusable. This room can ONLY sleep 2 and not as advertised. Shower door doesn't stay fully closed and gaped a good 6 inches. Shower grout needs bleach. Bed was ok, but our 3rd guest was very uncomfortable sleeping on the couch. No offer of compensation by the hotel. Disappointing. "

"Stayed here a couple years ago and was very impressed. Just stayed here again and was not so impressed. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water, called front desk and was told i had to let water run for 20 - 25 minutes for it to get warm. Well we did that and only had warm/hot water for 5 minutes. Then when the water was warm, the shower mad this high pitched noise, that I am surprised didn't we didn't get a noise complaint. Then I was trying to sleep and the refrigerator kicked on and...

"Room was clean. Nice pool with attached hot tub. Beds were nice. Our room was a stand up shower, no tub, which was fine for us. If you are a light sleeper, be aware the walls were pretty thin if there are other disrespectful guests. While the stay was good (staff was all amazing) there were other guests with kids running up and down the hall way until about midnight and they started again before 7am slamming doors and such."

"Overall enjoyable stay. There was some unfinished construction/remodeling in some of the hallways which was a bit off-putting. Pool area had a sign up that the hot tub was out of order, but it seemed to be functioning when I tried it. When I first entered my room, there was an odd dust-like substance on part of the comforter and on the floor next to the HVAC unit. I wiped it with a towel. The room was otherwise clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very ideal for me....
