Also, is the neighborhood that bad you need to keep the front door locked during the daytime? And you need your key card to use the elevator? It wasn’t worth the savings."

"Springhill Suites by Marriott failed to meet our expectations, even during a brief stay. Despite claiming to only service rooms on the second night, they neglected to clean or pick up our room the second night. The shower was a major disappointment; the water pressure was nonexistent, resembling a gentle sprinkle. We had booked the room for four people—two adults and two girls. However, the hotel provided insufficient towels for our shower needs. There were only two towels and two washcloths,...

"Went to check in at 3.They said my room wasn't ready. Came back at 4. They said my room wasn't ready. Came back at 5 They said my room wasn't ready. I found a house keeper and she said my room has been ready for hours. Finally got my key around 5.30. Mind you I just drove 8 hrs to get there and just want to sleep. Very disappointed in there lack of communication 😕"

"I have stayed here before and the room was clean and I felt comfortable. Parking was great and I felt safe . There was A Bug this time however it was only 1 the room felt clean . When I was leaving the staff at front desk looked horrified when I shared . He said he would address it right away. Everything else was fine I recommend !!!!"

"Quick 1 night stay. It was a bit noisy bc of the set up of the hotel…but it was very clean. Breakfast on weekends doesn’t start till like 8 so we missed it! But coffee was always available"
