The check-in Lady, I don't recall her name, was so helpful and courteous - she taught me that going through Expedia, I am not getting Hilton Points...so I now have a choice to make...she also helped me get ice for food stuffs that I had in my car, as I was making a three day trip from Florida to Connecticut - we will stay here again next year.

Home feel Experience

The stay was a good experience overall. The beds are comfortable. Nice full fledge kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious and convenient even for the handicapped. They also offer really good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Quiet, dog friendly hotel inside.

Check in was a little bumpy (not sure if technology hasn't cooperating or I had just been in my car for waaay too long - either could be true!) They had little check in gifts for our furry friends which was adorable! We settled into our room which was incredibly quiet despite being on the end and backside of the building. The traffic on the outside is loud though so keep that in mind if it you have dogs that are sensitive to cars that backfire. We were able to walk to Tropical Smoothie for dinner and crashed shortly after that. We dropped off our keys the next morning so I can't speak to breakfast. Mirna and Sebastina were lovely to work with though.

The hotel is old and dated. The rooms had peeling wallpaper/paint and the furniture was very old and worn. Staff was very friendly. But if you’re looking for modern and clean, I would recommend another hotel.

I was supposed to have a handicap accessible room. I think I got hearing impaired instead of for someone in wheelchair. Took them a really long time to bring a shower chair when I called to ask for one. They were very accommodating because I need several extra pillows. Overall it was a good stay. Quiet, comfortable beds, helpful staff. I would definitely stay again

Good but be sure furniture is functional

My stay at this hotel is frequent and almost always enjoyable. However the room I was given had a sofa bed in the living area that was in poor condition. The cushions were tattered and they sank so low that it felt like i was sitting on the frame. Barking dog across the hall. Breakfast is so nice and staff is top notch. Bed is comfy and room is clean! Will stay again but replace that sofa bed in rm 209. 😀

The front desk staff was courteous, professional, and prompt upon arrival. For such a large room , there was no table to sit at other than the office desk. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom, and they didn't have housekeeping every day to clean your room. The big dude at the front desk forgot his name, he was a big guy like a line backer football player. He was kind and told us about the restaurants area, gave us menus to check out.

Caleb and the other gentleman were very professional excellent customer service and pleasant. Made us feel welcomed and at home. Saturday night and Sunday morning was not so pleasant. Saturday evening at 5pm I asked when the coffee was last made and the gentleman said around 1p I said ohno that is too old, when will you make it again. A lady said in about an hour. My room mate went up around a half hour later asking about the coffee and told her last time we were here they said they made the coffee every couple of hours, She said no that is not true. We do not do that. A professional would have recognized this as a customer service opportunity and got up and made fresh coffee whether it was a half hour earlier than she wanted or not. It definitely was not a "Hilton experience" Sunday morning the electricity was not working in the3 bedroom, ceiling fan and light. The electricity was not working in the kitchen. We told the front desk at 7am. It was not addressed at all. we told them again at check out around 10:30am and they appeared to then write it down.
