"The picture shown in this app is NOWHERE near what it actually looked like. It was run down. I had a serious roach problem. The carpet in my room was dirty and torn up. There were holes in my walls. The refrigerator was pulled out from where it should have been. Even one of the other hotel visitors told me "this place is so ghetto". Please do not pick this place, especially if you're staying with family. Parking lot did not feel safe either."

"The room was clean and the staff were so friendly. But the breakfast area was really crowded and some buffet items were missing and not refilled instantly."

In that light, I write this about America’s inN The staff was incredible to me, especially since I’m disabled and needed help. The room was clean. The furniture was older, but it was well maintained. Sheets were clean. The floors were mopped, and Carmen. The housekeeper was wonderful to me.I have been in other hotels and motels where the furniture has been disgusting the Baymont in Kingwood, the super eight in Kingwood , the super eight in Houston on 58 these look better when you drive up, but the rooms, furniture, and the staff are disgustingly rude staff. America’s Inn place Met the basic needs with a beautiful staff that went beyond the extra mile."

"The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. The worst was that the toilet would flush, but not drain properly. As for the pool, it had a lot of dead bugs and tree parts and leaves. The ground around the pool was covered with ants as well. Breakfast was very limited. Probably due to the fact that there are a lot of Asian restaurants in walking distance with better breakfast options."

"The staff were very nice and there were always staff cleaning the elevators and the floors. However, invest in facilities management. The rooms could be so much better. They’re clean but run down. Paint pealing in the windowsill, cracked tiles in the bathroom, fan vents that don’t work making all the condensation trap into the bathroom after a shower, and rugs that are stained. Our first room had a smashed tv that was either not known or just not taken care of. Again- not the worst place to stay but could be a lot better. "
