Property location is within proximity of the city shopping centre and access to the historical sites, churches and abundance of cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant and safe.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was clean overall. The location is perfect for transportation and walking. Parking is included as well as breakfast, which was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

Enjoyable stay

Lovely hotel with a big superior room Staff very friendly The hotel was clean It was lovely and quiet even though it’s across from the bus station The breakfast was limited but of good quality It had a lift but only a small lift, would not fit a standard wheelchair in sadly We could only get lukewarm water in the bathroom but it wasn’t that bad

Large conference hotel at edge of city, about 10 mins walk to old town. First room offered to us was not suitable and when we contacted reception we were immediately swapped out. Bedroom was spacious, bathroom too a good size. Buffet breakfast had good choices

Very outdated property. My fiancé woke up with bites from bugs that must have been in the bedroom. The staff knew that it was a hotel of poor quality

No cold water, with hot water coming out the taps, shower and even the toilet, indicating a leak which must be a health violation. They are aware of this and still provide drinking glasses by the sink. This has been the case for at least 3 months based on other reviews. Our room looked as if it hadn’t been redecorated since the hotels construction in the 80s, as if it had been waiting for us all that time.

The hotel seems like it is going through a transition/reconstruction. Most pf the hotel seems to be quite rundown. Beyond that, the air conditioner did not work in our room. First they told us someone would come to take a look. Nobody came. After complaining again we were switched to another room just to find out that it was not working there either. The real problem seemed to be that there was a problem with the central A/C system. The staff knew this all along but were unable/unwilling to be transparent.

Tous les commentaires négatifs sont justifiés : cet hôtel nécessite une rénovation urgente. Nous avions cependant une grande chambre dans la parte "rénovée" donnant sur la piscine (fermée) donc très tranquille. Petit déjeuner continental correct. Parking couvert gratuit.

Hôtel sois disant 4* mais qui n’en mérite que 2. Hôtel très très vétuste, hors d’âge (le sol taché tout comme la salle de bain) Wifi non dispo dans la chambre 2 ascenseurs sur 6 qui fonctionnent seulement Petit dej moyen, rien d’exceptionnel Piscine et spa en rénovation mais aucun affichage sur le site lors de la réservation, alors que nous réservons aussi pour ceci vu les chaleurs Points positifs : parking gratuit + ville à 10min à pieds

Hotel storico della Lecce fine Novecento, si raccomanda per la squisita ma non invadente premura del personale, per la posizione urbanisticamente strategica, per la vastità del parcheggio coperto gratuito, per l’abbondanza e la qualità della colazione, per la pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti. Si desidererebbe soltanto che certi dettagli dell’arredo fossero meglio curati o restaurati (prese elettriche che si staccano dal muro, docce dentro la vasca senza schermo, pulsantiere fatiscenti negli ascensori, ad esempio).
