"Warm and efficient welcome from desk staff.
Very clean bathroom room and bedroom. The carpet looked a bit dated but a very comfortable room with a quiet refrigerator! The heating system was also very quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was modest but quite reasonable for the great room rate!! The eating area was very pleasant and homey too. The attendant there was also very pleasant."

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used.
The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc."
