"Great space for our family. Old building but brand new modern hotel. Wonderful staff. The breakfast could use help as they seem short staffed but overall a great place to stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t complain about anything in the hotel, everything was very nice and clean. "

"Just a one night stop over with spa access, what a treat. Nice big rooms, nice staff and the spa is an added experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.
My only advice if your male and not used to the French customs you cannot wear swimming shorts with pockets in the pool / spa area. We had to buy some thin Nilon material swimming shorts what they sell onsite, we just went up 2 sizes so they looked like shorts and not skin tight (or you can wear speedos if you want) "
"Our room was really spacious and having a kitchen was really useful - perfect for a large family. The workout room was also really nice with a beautiful sauna. We really appreciated the location - right across from the park. Everyone that helped us during our stay was kind and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation. "
