"Loved the convenience of parking, you must reserve a spot. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional front desk. Delightful breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and good coffee. Extremely spacious bedroom and bathroom. Easy walk to all the sites."

"This is DEFINITELY NOT a four star - the first night of arrival we were late getting in and the first impression was grim. Front desk was nice enough but it was not a feel good feeling overall. Furniture in the guest area was stained- we got to our room and it was dark and honestly gave me an anxiety attack- felt like a chalk outline should have been on the floor. "The room is very spacious and modern, comfortable everything needed. They have an issue with sound proofing the ones overlooking the street. The windows are not sound proof and with the a/c policy if the weather is unseasonably warm, the a/c doesn't work and if you open the windows the street noise won't let you sleep. Not acceptable in a 4 star hotel."

"The rooms were clean with a gorgeous marble bathroom. Yann was especially great with recommending places to visit, and helped me make a reservation at a busy local restaurant. He was also great just to have a chat with. The location was close to the train station, and not a long walk away from the Promenade.
