"There is a dreadful smell of raw sewage in the car park. There was a dead pigeon there when we stayed too - nobody cleaned it away for the five days of our visit. The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel.

"The hotel was just one street from the railway station and a few streets stroll into the town centre. Ideal in every way. The staff were excellent, efficient and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette was functional and useful. We cannot fault these premises."

"A really great location and a well kept hotel. Spa is lovely, i went in the evening and was the only one in there"
