Wonderful hotel. Super clean with great sized rooms. We had two rooms nextdoor to one another as we travelled with three teenagers. One with a balcony and one without. Luckily we overlooked the pool and had a lovely view of the Lake. Staff were very helpful whenever we needed them. Breakfast was repetitive but plenty of choice of fruit, continental, pastries, bacon & eggs and best of all, the coffee! Ten min walk to the square in Pacengo for restaurants or 15 minutes walk to the. lake, with plenty of choice to eat, swim or hire a boat (which we did.) We even ordered deliveroo pizzas to reception on a very rainy evening. Happily would visit again

Family vacay Lake Garda

A really nice stay. We were here 8 years ago too, and really enjoyed it. Good pool capacity, clean, good AC, nice breakfast.

Nice stay

This hotel was great! Has a nice little pool and several eating options. We walked to Gardaland for the day and drive down to Lazise for a nice dinner. The morning breakfast is very convenient and they had a nice spread, more than just a cold, continental breakfast.

Fantastic stay

Brilliant stay for the last 3 nights we only wished we could have stayed longer. Large clean modern family room. The reception staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The pool area and the hotel overall were fantastic. Location of the hotel couldn’t be more convenient.

Our stay here was amazing! Although we were only here for one night, we wish we got to stay longer. The building, rooms, and staff are all lovely. This is in very close proximity to Gardaland and Movieland for some fun day trips. We would absolutely recommend!

Great hotel but avoid restaurant. The buffet is expensive and limited in choice and quality. Good news: the food 500 meters from the hotel is amazing and fair priced😊

Staff was great and so was the hotel. Very comfortable clean and nice room. Perhaps a little over priced for my opinion. Recommend you hire a car to get around if traveling around Garda as taxi can result expensive as it’s a bit away from center.

Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower.

Big disappointment.

One of these places where you are treated as a number, not a guest. Nobody cares if you are there since they have guests anyway. Biggest upset was the closed pool at 29 degrees sunny weather. You wrote it in the description, fair enough but what’s the point closing the pool so much earlier? It doesn’t even need to be heated but would have been nice to cool down. 190€ per night in off season is overpriced. With friendly staff and an open pool it would have been okay. Tons of places around where you feel more welcome than here. Clearly not coming back.

A good hotel, but with a great disappointment.

This is our second time at this hotel. The staff at the dining hall is not frienldly at all, pretty messy, not well oraganized. Lack of man power. They accuse the guests with their faults. The prepaid dinner does not include any water or beverages!!! Be aware, and do not order anything there. They will charge a lot of money for that! Awful sercive of the managment that doen't care! The reception desk is helpful and very kind snd polite. Mattresses are too soft, and should be changed. Rooms are clean.

The bedroom was clean but we didn’t get the room we had booked. We ended up with two double beds instead of one double and two singles and with two early teen children this wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was good but very repetitive. The swimming pool area was lovely and clean.
