"This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life for every single reason except for location. The location was excellent.
I made a mistake originally with a reservation and they were unyielding. We were essentially charged $724 for three nights a day. When we checked in it was a disability room that was about as basic and primal as a room could be. There was no daily service even tall exchange, even though I requested it. There was self check in. "An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats.

"Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for.
Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference."
