"Room was clean, staff were very helpful and accommodating, shower was great, the room had everything I needed and if I needed anything else in the coffee station or bathroom, they would bring it. The neighborhood is great and has lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby!"

"The room was very large, but the kitchen was a bit dated. I know the room is supposed to be true to the period, but the kitchen had no utensils or microwave, but it did have an oven. The front desk staff was truly great. Housekeeping also did a nice job. The hotel was a bit difficult to find as even our taxi driver sent us the wrong way as the hotel can't be accessed during the majority of the day as it become a pedestrian zone. Well situated. "Very nice hotel,in a great location, very close to metro, tram stations. The main shopping street is 1 minute away. The Grand Place 10 min walk. I noticed a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but to me it just added to the charm. The staff was helpful. I prefer Old World charm to faceless modern style hotels.
