"A hidden gem tucked away in a sweet little Swiss French village. These waters are incredibly healing and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, between two mountains and there are saunas, hammans, jacuzzis, massage jets and so much more. I loved my stay at the hotel and it was quiet and serene. "Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...

"Superb location, stunning views from room and reception, excellent service and facilities. Nicolas at the reception made our stay super special, with his great personality. We observed him making each guest feel valued and special. Nothing was too much trouble and a wealth of information was given to us to make the best of our short 2 night stay. Hotel was next to bus stop, and direct access to the lake side promenade too. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, amazing shower and a fridge....
