"Found a bed bug in bed before going to bed the first night. There’s nothing the staff could do, no cleaning, no room switch, no compensation, no accountability. Next day staff simply said, “We keep up with our sanitation standards, unfortunately we cannot control who brings in the bed bugs.” They switched us into the room next to the original room; I had to do a thorough check and just could not sleep well the rest of the days. "

"What a lovely small hotel in the centre of Madrid. The room has everything you need for a short stay, including daily service and fresh towels every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. Half a minute walk to the metro, 5 minutes walk to Sol and literally surrounded by hundreds of bars, cafes, restaurants, dancing clubs and local shops.
