"This is a super-nice and comfy hotel. If you are going on a cruise out of Canaveral this is the go-to hotel, as they have cruise parking and shuttles that are super convenient and cheaper and easier than port parking. The room we had was very nicely updated and had a great tile shower that was better than expected. The bed was super comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here every time I am going on a cruise."

"Michelle is the absolute best check in person/chef/cleaning lady. She’s very kind and warm welcoming. She also happens to makes the best root beer float. I really love this Hyatt it has a homey mom and pop/business feel . I’ve stayed here quite a few times and Michelle is the absolute best. "

"The staff was awesome! There was so much to do right there at the hotel! Bags, yard games, sand castles. And they play a movie poolside every night at 7pm. So fun. Beds were a little hard, but overall our stay was great! Would stay there again for sure. "
