Hotel Dekat Laser + Mirror Maze

"Loved it!"

"Very convenient and enjoyable location"

"Great place to stay unfortunate the air conditioning was out in the lobby area."

"I was pretty disappointed overall with this property receiving such high scores. The front desk personnel were young and rude and distracted, check in was slow too busy chit chatting with each other. Our shower door was off square therefore it leaked all over the floor. "Parking isn’t included."

"The staff were awesome ❣️"

"We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again."

"Immaculate, most courteous staff, room comfy and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Lots of happy families, enjoying the inclusive breakfast."

"Excellent stay with outstanding customer service"

"Andaz is usually so much better. Room was dusty and service was sub par. Property still beautiful. Overall disappointing for 1,000 a night with resort fees."
