"This Best Western has a beautiful pool-nice workout room-cute bar--nice rooms with a lot of space--across the street ther is a Chick Filet (sp?). Across the highway it is close to there is a grocery store and a really nice strip mall. Highly recommend if you are staying in Scottsdale."

"Everything was clean and all staff friendly It was very hot during our stay so I believe they filled very cold water in the pool Other than kids hard for adults to take that much cold water But overall a great experience "

"The staff was welcoming and very helpful and friendly!! We requested a mini fridge, which was brought within 15 minutes of our request at no additional charge. The rooms have been nicely remodeled, with comfortable towels and bedding. The AC worked great !! We were located close enough to great restaurants, shopping, the Great Wolf Lodge and the Walking Stick Casino. We experienced no issues while visiting and would definitely recommend it! "

"The rooms are very nice, well-appointed and updated. The grounds are pretty and the flowers beautiful. Unfortunately the food was just ok and the service at the pool and the cafe were terrible. We felt as though we were bothering them for being there. "

"Cleaning staff did not speak any English so failed many times to clean the room even when asked. Impossible to find a pool chair and long service to be waited on at the pool. First night was set up in a super noisy room. Above valet parking / front desk reception. Did accommodate us the next day to switch rooms. Manager at the restaurant was super nice as most of the staff did not know the restaurant had change name so finding your take out order was a challenge. Overall was expecting so much more from a resort. "
