"This was a disappointing experience. I’ve stayed at Bellagio in the past and it was by far the best hotel in Vegas. However, this visit was completely different. After waiting in line over an hour to check in, we were told we would get a text when the room is ready. "4th time staying at the flamingo, love the location and and the pool. The casino has some terrible dealers, no personality. The prices are astronomical, they nickel and dime you for everything. After that being said Vegas is all about making money, not customer service and loyalty. Vegas will always be my favorite vacation destination"

"First we were told our room wasn’t ready. Had to wait over an hour. Had to hurry and change to head to our venue. The bathroom had NO towels and hair all over the floor. We got towels and were told they would come back to clean bathroom…well that did not happen. We will not be back☹️"
