"To begin with I had a friend pick me up from the airport and take me to my hotel she came in with me when I checked in. They informed us that she could not come up to my room unless she had an ID which she did not have it with her they then insisted that she leave the hotel and casino and to not come back which I thought was extremely rude they said I'm not allowed any guests unless they show ID at the desk which I thought was ridiculous and I think it's also against the law or at least that's...

"We traveled several hours to Vegas that morning and came to check in at 2:00pm. When we arrived we were given a room just as we booked on the 8th floor. Once in the room we noticed the toilet did not flush, the bathroom sink had no water. We immediately called for maintenance to come. The guy came 45mins later saying he had to walk far to get the part he needed. We left to go explore and came back 2 hours later with no repairs fixed. "None of the rooms are quiet due to the proximity to the Freemont Street Experience. Building is very old, furniture was dated. They do offer no resort fees and free parking. Shower fixtures were very nice. Staff was friendly. They tend to push the "haunted" narrative, probably great if you want a ghost hunting experience, was not a good choice for business travel."

"I liked the hotel was close t Fremont but far enough away it wasn’t noisy. The room was clean the bathroom was clean we had a handicap room so the counter space was limited I’m guessing that’s for the wheelchair access. I’m guessing the regular rooms have better counter space. The only complaint I have is the lack of plugs to charge things. There was a charge station for plugging in accessories but they did not work well. Minor inconvenience. Overall it was a great room the beds were comfortable...

"The main detractor was the noise. The first night the hotel had to provide a new room because there were little kids making noise, the walls are incredibly thin. The last night, a woman was up late laughing like a hyena and I had to get up at 6 am. I hardly got any sleep."
