"The Best Western in Santa Barbara was a cute hotel. The front reception area was clean and staffed 24/7. They were very accommodating, and I even received a free room upgrade upon arrival. There was free coffee 24/7. The parking for the property is spread out, as there are multiple buildings, but it was explained upon arrival where best to park. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were just the right comfort level - not too hard, not too soft. The pillows were nice too. The bedding...

"The location was perfect for us, close to the mission, pier, restaurants and shops. Staff were helpful, our room was a great size and we appreciated the courtyard with small table and chairs right outside our room. Parking was included and right outside our room. What we did not like were the beds, they were hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were not soft. One thing I absolutely could not stand was the air conditioning wall units!! It was right next to our bed at the bottom of a window and it...

"When we first arrived we were disappointed. Small parking lot and room right on the main street. Heard people talking for an hour right outside our room. We’re too afraid to ask them to stop as we had seen several homeless people earlier outside. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Bed comfortable and looked like it had been renovated. Not worth the $319 they were charging but it was the cheapest in Santa Barbara on a Saturday night!!"
