Disappointing stay overall

Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed.

The check-in process at this property is unacceptable, especially for travelers without internet access. The only way to check in is online, and if you are fortunate enough to find the property manager—which Expedia lists as a 4-star establishment—they will tell you there’s nothing they can do unless you complete the check-in yourself online. If you don’t have internet access, that’s simply “your problem.” On Expedia’s website, I paid for an Ocean View Room, which turned out to be false and misleading advertising. No room at this property offers any ocean view whatsoever. I contacted Expedia to report this issue and provided photo evidence proving my claim. In response, Expedia credited only $25 in points to my account and said they would “escalate the case,” which, based on past experience, means I will never receive a proper follow-up. Every time Expedia “escalates” a matter, no one ever responds. Conclusion: The “Ocean View Room” does not exist—it is outright fraud and a total scam. This property is not a 4-star accommodation as advertised on Expedia. It offers no amenities, no reception support, no room phones, and no cleaning service. Guests are essentially left on their own. This experience represents a clear case of false advertising and negligence, and I expect a full investigation and refund.

Soggiorno fantastico all’Atlantis Silken! L’appartamento è davvero bellissimo: moderno, curato nei dettagli, molto pulito e con tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi subito a casa. Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente la posizione: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla splendida Playa de Las Canteras, perfetta per fare una passeggiata sul lungomare, andare al mare o godersi il tramonto. Inoltre è vicinissimo a tantissimi locali, ristoranti e bar, quindi la sera c’è sempre vita e possibilità di scegliere dove andare. Il vero gioiello però è il balcone: ampio, piacevolissimo e con una vista stupenda sul porto di Las Palmas. Fare colazione o bere qualcosa la sera guardando il porto illuminato è stato uno dei momenti più belli del soggiorno. Comodissimo anche il letto, ottima la dotazione della cucina e check-in semplice e veloce. Tutto è stato organizzato alla perfezione. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole vivere Las Palmas in una posizione strategica ma con il comfort di un appartamento elegante e accogliente. Quando torneremo a Las Palmas, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht und guter Ausstattung. Alles war vorhanden bis auf einen Wasserkocher. Aber das Wasser für den Tee haben wir uns dann auf dem Herd gekocht. Sauberkeit war auch gut- wir hätten uns jedoch gewünscht, dass man uns informiert wann sauber gemacht wird. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet-die Wandfliesen im Bad sind ein Traum. Tolle Beleuchtung sogar auf dem Balkon. Wir hoffen, dass das Gebäude instand gehalten wird und das die Sauberkeit ebenso anspruchsvoll bleibt wie die Einrichtung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
