Etwas Abseits des "Hotelviertels" von Las Palmas. Trotzdem herrscht Abends draußen noch etwas Leben, was man auch hört. Die Wände sind eher dünn, wodurch ich die nächtlichen "Aktivitäten" der Nachbarn hörte. Also nichts für jene, die es komplett ruhig haben wollen. Zimmer dafür sehr groß; die Küche eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Bad OK. Keine Klimaanlage. Supermarkt und nettes Restaurant "20conmigo" in direkter Nähe.

Lo más que me gustó fue la limpieza, lo menos es que concretamente en ese hotel no tienen ascensores. Sin embargo los otros cercanos de la misma empresa si disponen de ascensores. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días

Regarding the Family Suite room at Las Palmas UC

The hotel Las Palmas Urban Center is fine. We stayed in the Family Suite, that was definitely comfortable for 3 adults. The room was clean and the folks at the reception area we’re very friendly. There were only two drawbacks that I can write about. 1) The hotel’s reception area and rooms start on the third floor of this building and there is no elevator. Therefore, one must carry the luggage up the stairs, which is an issue if you have back problems. Second of all, there is a restaurant underneath the hotel and across to street from the hotel. If you’re staying there over a weekend, it does get little loud. Having earplugs did help drown out the noise level. Besides that, everything was fine.

Miniappartamento con letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano letto, bagno piccolo ma sufficiente ed angolo cottura. Ottima zona in citta', la zona turistica ricca di locali e bars della spiaggia de las canteras raggiungibile in 15 minuti di cammino.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer Seitenstrasse Nähe des ehemaligen Stadions. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche inkl. Inventar, kleines Badezimmer mit kleiner Dusche, TV, kleiner Balkon.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht gebucht da wir uns noch die Hauptstadt anschauen wollten. Liegt wunderbar Zentral, morgens waren wir in der Stadt und mittags am Strand. Wir konnten zudem früher Einchecken war echt klasse.

Nice apartment hotel close to city center

This was a positive experience overall, the hotel were in touch weeks before we arrived to make check in arrangements, staff at the reception were very friendly and let us leave our luggage in storage while the room was being prepared (we arrived at 11:00 and check in starts at 14:00) and the room was spacious and clean. We only stayed for one night because we were travelling around the island but it was just perfect for what we needed and I would recommend it to others.
