Wonderful

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel. Cozy, comfortable, lovely staff, the rooms were gorgeous and the rooftop bar absolutely lovely. Situated in the most picturesque square in Las Palmas. Fantastic value for money.

Good room size but lack USB charging facilities. Breakfast room was beautiful but small. When four of us checked in, we were asked to have breakfast at different time slots the next morning because they were not able to accommodate a party of four at the same time. The more disappointing experience was that quite incredibly one of the rooms assigned to us wasn’t even tidied up after the previous guests checked out. The bedding, the used towels in the bathroom, … something I would never have thought possible at a heritage hotel in the very center of the city’s old town.

A great choice for los palmos. Set on a beautiful square looking onto the cathedral. This old city is the nicest part with lovely cobble stone paths around the old buildings. Modern boutique hotel with big rooms, great aircon and comfortable beds. Lovely rooftop bar and nice continental breakfast which set us up for the day.

All of the staff were fantastic, very attentive at any time of day. The hotel itself was lovely and the roof top bar is amazing. Slight issue with drainage in the shower but everything else was great. 5*

What a fantastic hotel. Right on Plaza Santa Ana and a short pleasant walk round a couple of lovely old town streets to the restaurants. Very clean and the room was a great size with good facilities. Beautifully stylish and modern bathroom. Great room with more than ample seating and a very good sized bed. There’s a great rooftop terrace where we sat with a drink and a coffee. Views to the cathedral and the square.

When we first arrived the Receptionists were extremely welcoming and friendly. On entering our room we’re were very fortunate to be in a room facing the square and Cathedral, it even had a small balcony. Throughout our stay all the Reception staff, especially Rachel,were helpful in giving us information on great places to eat and places to visit. Also the bar on the roof had wonderful views of the city. Overall a great stay.

Splendid stay in the old part of Las Palmas

Really lovely room with beautiful furniture and top level comfort that you might expect. Great reception staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests. On some days there was plenty to choose from but on one day they had run out of bread and black pepper and some fruit!

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and plenty of bars and lovely restaurants can be found nearby. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately the guests in the room above ours were noisy and showed no consideration to other guests. They were contacted by reception however the noise continued. This is no fault of the hotel but spoiled our experience.

Positives: My room was large, comfortable and well designed. The rooftop bar offers great views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Negative: My room was on the ground floor, facing into the square. Unfortunately this meant there was a lot of noise, both from the lobby and directly outside the building, with neither the window nor the door offering much soundproofing.

The staff was excellent. Special kudos to the young lady on evenings. She was very helpful and super friendly. We also loved the roof top terrace. A great place to enjoy an apperitif and a view of the historic quarter.

A great hotel on every way!

Our trip to Las Palmas wasn’t planned, our father and grandfather got seriously sick and later passed away. This was very tragic for us, but the team at the hotel was incredible warm and supportive to us and did absolutely everything they could to help us. We are forever grateful. The hotel is very cozy and nice and have a very good breakfast. We will definitely be staying there at our next trip to Gran Canaries

Los recepcionistas unos encantos y el lugar bonito, limpio y zona tranquila. Lo único fue, cuando reservé pedí tener dos camas individuales. Pero al llegar nos dieron una cama doble con un solo edredón grande. La recepcionista, muy servicial, al menos nos dio dos edredones individuales.
