"Muy rico exceptional breakfast, with hot meats, eggs, crepes; fresh fruits, juices, and yogurts; pastries! Great location and could walk everywhere. Right next door to the beautiful Cathedral. We had the junior suite, which was very nice with patio overlooking Plaza de Armas. I would definitely stay there again, but would ask for a room overlooking pool/ center of building, away from plaza. There was alot of street noise including sirens and loud vehicles most of night ( even with windows closed) and also noise from the hotel bar immediately below the room. "

"The hotel and the staff were very friendly, unfortunately the room we were assigned seems like it might have been the worst room in the hotel. We were above the entry to the hotel and there was a very bright light outside all night long as well as constantly hearing everyone who came and went. Also, our room didn't have any outside seating which most of them did or any real view of the beautiful greenspace within the hotel. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. I just wouldn't want to stay in room 210 again ever."
