Tomé una reserva y en ningún momento se me informó que habían 2 locales. De hecho yo elegí el hotel por su ubicación, pero cuando llegué me di con la sorpresa que había sido direccionado al otro local y no hubo forma de arreglarlo. Ya en el otro local cuando hacía mi check out me di con la sorpresa que me cobraban un monto diferente al de la reserva (20% más)y en mi reserva decía que se incluían todos los impuestos y cargos y me indicaron que era el IGV, aunque yo no pedía factura, igual debía pagarlo. A mucha insistencia mía después de haberme negado una solución, hablaron con su Gerente y, finalmente (después de 1 hora) pagué sólo el monto de mi reserva. Yo no cuestiono el monto, sino la forma como lo quieren cobrar. Deben ser completamente claros con el cliente. No me gustó como tratan al cliente.
