"Checkin was thru a window, Door Locked hard to see or hear the Person. Room 111 The Floors in the room were dirty the Two chairs had big Spots on them. The Left side of the Bed had a massive sunk in area, the right side was hard and had a lump in it. The Pillows were small flat and not supportive. Sleeping was miserable and hurt my back.
