"Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The owner explained everything in our room. A service that we never experienced before. Parking was free which is a huge bonus."

"The hotel is very convenient for accessing the fortress, shops & restaurants. It is right across the street from the wall & very close to the gate without the long uphill walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. The shower was a little small but fine & there was also a free standing tub. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had an awesome stay, and extended our room x1 night, as so convenient to attractions in Carcassonne, and also the train station. The staff are very kind and helpful, as well both able and willing to speak English. Rooms modern and beautiful, in a very old city. Breakfast amazing. Pool great. Business area, large and bright. Wifi works well."

"The hosts are lovely, the parking was great and the space charming. The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. A simple breakfast was provided and I could bring my own food to keep in the fridge and warm up if needed. There is a cozy common room to read or watch tv in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
