"Staff a bit tricky re booking tables to eat. Reception didn’t say a thing but I felt like we got into trouble trying to get dinner. Just a heads up to anyone - book a table. Food and venue was beautiful all the same."

"I had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Glynhill Hotel; the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do enough for me. the rooms are beautifully presented and clean (the toilet was a little bit of a squeeze - but I am a big fella) the food was amazing, from the all-you-can-eat breakfast to the restaurant to the room service. the pool was in perfect condition and not too busy, which was a help. I would definitely stay here again."

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi. Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful. We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel. I counted walking through 8 fire doors before...

"We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and the reception staff always give us a very warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff are amazing- nothing is too much for them. The restaurant served a very varied breakfast and dinner menu with good portions and excellent service from the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel."
