"Don't be fooled by pics provided for King w sofabed. I strictly selected this room b/c it has more space. The layout is different than a standard rm. Allowing for pullout to open in FRONT of the bed so there is space in the room. Instead I got a regular size rm for 2 queens,with a king & pull out SIDE BY SIDE . Therefore when you pull out the bed half of the room is instantly cut off, no room at all. I asked staff for the room booked (showed him pics) he said " we have that but its occupied "....

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! I checked out no longer than 30 minutes after checking in and I couldn't get a refund. When I first went into the room, the door was jammed from the outside and I had to push it open then when I got inside the room, it wouldn't close, that was the first red flag. I asked for a new room because I didnt feel safe they gave me another room, it was dirty. Stains on the sheets, bugs on the floor, what "appeared" to be blood stains in the tub, I was completely turned off...

"Lobby was clean that was it, we left at 1am after coming back to our room to find ROACHES running all over the floor picked up the phone to call front desk dead roaches all underneath it. Front desk staff said it's a hotel people live in as if that's an excuse for roaches. Waiting to speak with the manager."

"The entire process was seamless! Check in, smooth, access to room, smooth. Adjustment to room temperature, smooth. The property was clean, amenities available, water was hot etc. You are also able to self park near multiple entrances to the property. This level of privacy and convenience is much appreciated! "It filthy and the property is a mess it a 1.0 motel it no good and there rare people's there or get busy or business unless people's coming from outta town or off the highway for a pit stop that basically what it is? There nothing in the room they dont do breakfast dont like the atmosphere or elements there and I dont think I be returning back and they hold a deposit of your money for a trashy room with a half fix door and bugs im good."

"The hotel would have been ok but we were given a room key that opened a room that someone was staying in....IT WAS SCARY !! We go an upgrade to a suite but it was still scary... The couches needed to be replaced cause they were ragged."

"Very nice facility, rooms are nice and comfortable. The common areas are often refreshed with some type of smell good. Although the room had a staler smell, after the first night, the room was refreshed with the signature smell good. Breakfast was pretty good; the bacon was nice and crispy. Staff I encountered was very helpful and pleasant."

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix DC. We really enjoyed our visit; hotel has outstanding food. The room and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. They have a little mini coffee station open 24/7 and deliver bottled water to your room daily. Location is outstanding, very close to Union Station for transportation needs, the U.S. Capital is on the same street."
