My first time stay at this hotel. I like that the check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. Also my room was very clean and the water pressure was good and hot. I didn't like that the parking lot lights was out so it was dark not very safe. Also there were police on the premises the first night it was bit alarming but verall I was safe.

Everyone was professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful rooms. I only wish they had one or two additional local channels to review the news. Other than that, thank you for a warm visit and I will use only this facility when in need again.

The room served its purpose. I came into crumbs on the bed smh and the tub could have been cleaned better. Not the best cleaning at all and that’s more because of the property isn’t being kept up. I walked to my floor and the trash can was piled up and ppl had trash outside their doors. The trash was taken care of an hour later. Pros: They have a lot of cable channels to choose from, the Wi-Fi worked with no problem and I didn’t feel unsafe

Came here to watch a Washington football game, I am not a fussy traveler but this was the grimiest hotel we ever stayed at. The first room had visible gunk on a table on a bedroom table. The floor was sticky and the bathroom smelled like BO. The front desk was this peasant and switched us to a new room. It was better, counters were dusty and there were questionable stains. My wife is convinced the red stains on the curtain was dried blood. We contemplated taking the hit on the rooms and going somewhere else but had a busy itinerary so touched it out. Only a 30ish min walk to the stadium and less to the metro. Breakfast is okay. Had a good stay despite the hotel. DMV is an Expensive area to visit so could be worth he right fit for some but many people wouldn’t want to stay here.

For a last minute place I choose Myself and my family was happy they slept comfortable . Only issues are some towels and sheets should be examine and thrown away , and breakfast for the amount of people that comes thru a little more equipment such as waffle machines should be available for use one machine is crazy wait time for one waffle is to long
