"Good location, easy to find just off the M5 with a bus stop nearby for regular buses into the centre of Exeter - we went into the city for dinner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on reception. The hotel is fairly new and is very clean with fresh and airy decoration. The room was spacious, but very hot. The AC didn't really seem to do a lot. "The property met our needs well. They gave excellent communication about our arrival questions eforehand.

It's down a very long drive so best use sat nav to locate the turning.
There isn't a bar as far as we could tell. More guest house than hotel, which is fine.
Its minimally staffed at the front desk so best to call ahead if youre arriving late.

"Excellent decor and central location to all the cities amenities. Shower room is in need of a deep clean to remove black mould accumulating in the bathroom.
Of note, the coffee machine could also do wirh a clean on a much more regular basis because there's no evidence of maintenance. There is a slow biuldup of mould in the loading chamber
