Even it’s a low season and the occupancy is low, the front desk gave the lowest floor room without any view. Another hilarious thing is the 5-star hotel doesn’t offer breakfast buffet!!! Anyway, it’s my first time booking the hotel, and it’s also the last time doing so."

"Pleasantly surprised at this lovely hotel. Every staff member was super kind."

"Clean and quiet place. Great place to stay between flights. And onsite restaurant is excellent."

"Great check-in experience. Friendly and accommodating since we had a 12 hour layover. Shuttle was on time. Excellent location not too far with food options available within 5 mins."

"The property needs a facelift!"
