"The restaurant was closed because it has no chef and so we had to drive to a sister hotel close by. If we had known this prior to the stay, we would have cancelled the booking as we specifically wanted to eat on premises after a long drive. "

"We were delighted with our upgrade to a suite - from a regular room - what a night and day difference. We were, however, quite disappointed with the repair of the chateau in general. It felt tired, the garden was lovely but didn't have a well kept feel. The pool was average, but the hot tub was not in use, covered up with some old cushions. The staff were amazing - Noelle and her husband took very good care of us."

"The standard of the hotel was superb, and its access to the rail and bus stations couldn’t have been better. There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities. "

"l'accueil fut tres agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien entretenu. Il y a quelques boissons mis à disposition des hotes gratuitement. La petite cour intérieure est agréable pour s'y detendre. C'est à 5mn du centre ville. Seul le petit dejeuner est proposé à partir de 9H00 ce qui peut etre tard quand on est en voyage d'affaire"
