"We loved some things about this hotel, but found that there were a few things lacking in a 4 star experience:
The good:
- The room was clean
- Having both a bath and separate shower was a bonus
- My partner had a massage and facial at the spa and thought it was lovely
- The pool area was lovely and not busy at all during our stay
- The daytime reception staff were lovely
- The location, right outside of the gate to the cite was excellent
The bad:
- I would expect a small fridge in the room to...
